Fabrice Wattez, Origin
As we come into the next season it's time to introduce the new Origin menu. We have delicious Sea Bass on the mains now, expanded our lunch menu to 10 different sandwiches and we've changed over all brunch items to Organic eggs. As the colder months come in we have a great selection of warm appetizers, prosciutto, cheeses and more. Come down and check out our new menu.

| |Todd Anthony Tyler Exhibit
Entitled AURA, Todd Anthony Tyler's upcoming photo exhibition features his favorite images from the most recent 2 years of his photographic career. A blend of fashion and art, his images transcend the conventional notion of fashion photography and touch on a surreal note of shadows, motion and the simple beauty of the human form. His exhibit will be on from November 15 to December 31st.
(3 to 6pm on week days)
Get out of the confines of your office for a breath of fresh Origin air. In the afternoons you can swing by, jump on the wireless and enjoy a coffee/selected tea/single juice and one delicious desert for just 38rmb.
We have recently doubled the size of our wine list, adding more international wines and greater variety. We now include some special Organic and bio dynamic wines specially selected for Origin:
- Organic farms emphasize the use of renewable resources and the conservation of soil and water to enhance environmental quality for future generations. To achieve organic certification, grapes are grown without the use of most conventional pesticides; fertilizers made with synthetic ingredients or sewage sludge; bioengineering; or ionizing radiation.
- Biodynamics is a wholistic farming approach developed in the 1920s by the Austrian scientist-philosopher Rudolf Steiner. While it encompasses many of the principles of organic farming, such as the elimination of all chemicals, Biodynamics goes further, requiring close attention to the varied forces of nature influencing the vine. It also emphasizes a closed, self-sustaining ecosystem.
